Miguel was incredible realtor to work with. We absolutely lucked out that our bank connected us for our first home purchase. He’s incredibly patient, listens to the customers needs, offers great advice and is very honest and real about housing situations, offers, and the market. He stuck with us through 20+ in an incredibly difficult market when we closed and I know he would’ve stuck it out longer. He honestly is very passionate about his work and gave us a great deal of personal time to open up our home for inspections and contractors despite living in a completely different city. He helped us through our purchase step by step, explained all the ins and outs, and made sure we knew what we were getting into and also made sure we weren’t blindsided by anything. It was really a phenomenal experience for us, especially for our first home purchase, and we were lucky to have an agent like Miguel for the journey.
